Pure chalky flavors with a Mardi-Gras of crystallized citrus fruit and soft spices from the More than 30 hectares located on a magnificent South-facing site. The marls-type soils, known as "Saint Doulchard" are situated on Kimmeridgien limestone and are practically unique in Sancerre and give the wine its own special character. This is the cornerstone wine to this ancient estate.
