Following Hubert’s untimely death in 2004, the domaine experienced a complex period of transition and partial division, with his son Laurent taking the reins. Laurent Lignier now manages the remaining core of the family estate, meticulously focusing on crafting terroir-driven wines across their prestigious parcels, maintaining a legacy of purity, elegance, and age-worthiness that defines this highly respected Burgundian producer.
