Domaine Henri Prudhon & Fils is a multi-generational family estate with roots in Saint-Aubin dating back several hundred years, though the winery was officially founded in the mid-1940s by Henri Prudhon himself. Henri began by cultivating just a few hectares of vines and selling the produce to local négociants. His sons, Vincent and Philippe, later took over management, expanding the domain to its current size and transitioning the business entirely to estate bottling to gain full control over quality from vine to bottle. Today, the estate spans nearly 15 hectares across Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Santenay, and is known for crafting classic, elegant wines with minimal intervention that truly reflect the nuanced terroir of the Côte de Beaune.
