This carbonic Pinot Noir, with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc and a touch of Blaufrankish thrown in, is naturally made, with low to no sulfur used. Bright and chuggable, this medium bodied red is so easy drinking that it comes off like a rich rosato wine from Italy, or even a Bandol. Chill it and serve with burgers for the win!
