The history of Château Les Valentines spans over a century, though its modern identity began in 1997 when Gilles and Pascale Pons took over the family estate in La Londe-les-Maures. Originally a vineyard that sold its harvest to local cooperatives, the couple transformed the property into an independent winery named in honor of their children, Valentin and Valentine. Spanning roughly 50 hectares of schist and clay soils along the French Riviera, the estate is dedicated to organic viticulture and traditional Provence winemaking. Their commitment to preserving old vines and utilizing gravity-fed cellar techniques has established the Château as a benchmark for quality and authenticity within the AOC Côtes de Provence.
