Our top picks for Thanksgiving, all hand selected by our staff and ready to pop open for the big day are here on this page! When selecting wines here are a few of our tips:
1. Avoid whites with too much oak. They can overwhelm the side dishes and generally don't work well with turkey.
2. Look for reds that are low in tannins and alcohol. Lighter, more fruit-forward reds work great with the lean meats and incredible variety of spices used on the sides.
3. Sparkling wines work for more than just a toast. Champagne especially is excellent with dessert, chocolate or even with the meal itself.
4. Don't forget the sweet stuff!
